This video documents Alexa’s journey from her very first pole vault practice on November 4, 2019 to completing her second high school pole vault meet where she is currently the only high school freshman to compete Varsity. She placed 5th at both the Stocking Super Seven Invitational as well as the Dan Gabor Invitational.
I am very proud of how far she’s come in just 3 months. Unfortunately, the track and field season was cut short due to the corona virus pandemic. We are hoping to resume the season soon, so please keep your hopes high and your prayers strong for a return to normalcy soon.
