The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Early Access is happening now and sizes are starting to disappear already! There are SO many great deals and fabulous fall items marked 40% OFF. How can anyone resist?
Apparently, they’re not…
I’m sharing my top picks here from the women’s department. Although there are many really chic items available, I’m realistic about my lifestyle and what is practical to wear. I’m a busy entrepreneur, running from job site to job site, travelling in the car way more than the average person, doing my mommy uber duties and occasionally my daughter duties taking my dad to his doctor appointments, so comfort is key. All these ruffles and bell sleeves that are all the rage right now is just NOT practical for my lifestyle. I just see myself getting totally annoyed with all the dangling material getting in the way of my getting stuff done.
I know it’s hard to believe, but I don’t just sit around and look pretty all day. LOL! Not even in the car.
The early access sale will go on until 7/20, and then everything will be open to the public through 8/6. It’s not too late to gain early access. You can sign up to be a card holder and get early access to the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale HERE. You can choose to apply for a credit card or a debit card if you’re not interested revolving credit.

I ordered #1 and #2 cardigans so I can compare them in real life to see which one I like better. I like the ombre look of #1 but the model is also much taller than I. Let’s see if I end up swimming in it.
The #3 leggings have great reviews and people swear by them so I want to try them out for myself. It’s a staple piece.
I know I just said that ruffles and bell sleeves are not practical for my lifestyle, but I do think this #4 top is super cute and I want to see how it fits and make the determination then.
I’m all about a tote bag so #5 is a great staple piece for me and I think the oxblood color will be very nice for Fall.
#6 is another staple piece. Who doesn’t need ANOTHER t-shirt right? I really like the side slits and flyaway hem line.
#7 could be a great Fall shoe addition. The low heel makes it much more practical for every day wear.
#8 I bought the pink version which has VERY LIMITED sizes available online already. Glad I picked it up at the mall on the pre-sale day!
#9 I’ve been eyeing these slippers for quite some time now. They are pricey for flip flops but obviously, not in the same league as an Old Navy flip flop. I had to get them since they are on sale. They are regularly priced at $64.95 but I figure they will last me forever!
#10 & #14 are really cute jumpsuits. It’s a great alternative to a dress and would come in handy for those dressier occasions. Which style do you like better?
#11 I’m obsessed with this jacket. It’s just so badass!! I saw one in the kids department and had my daughter try it on a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, it was too small a size and there was only one. I need this one in my closet!
#12 I love the back of this sweater…paired with the #11 moto jacket – aww yeah!!!
#13 I love a good blazer. Paired with jeans, it keeps me looking polished and professional when meeting with clients without looking too overdressed. I have a feeling I may need to get more than one color – the fabric looks super comfy!
I hope you found these picks inspirational for your own shopping extravaganza. I’ll be sharing how these items fit on Instagram stories so make sure you follow me there!
Happy Shopping!
